Ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint is a debilitating condition resulting in progressive trismus and facial disfigurement. Common trigger factors include paediatric mandibular trauma, middle ear infection or traumatic childbirth. Although diminishing incidence among urban population, it still prevalent underprivileged world. Substandard child safety norms, delayed presentation, lack access to specialties like maxillofacial surgery rural areas absence follow-up contribute ankylosis. Afflictions ankylosis are multipronged, involving aesthetic, functional, psychological nutritional implications name few. The damage this pathology causes young mind their morale humongous. well documented, complete presentation cases with till oral myofascial rehabilitation seldom reported. This paper describes multidisciplinary management female patient Staged commencing from interpositional arthroplasty until dental restoration 2-year presented paper.
